DESCRIPTION:Join Moonflower Co-op and Crystal Blanks of Mindful Movement Moab for a workshop that weaves breath regulation\, meditation\, and ritual spray crafting into one cohesive clearing experience. Designed for indoor spaces\, smokeless smudge sprays offer the energetic symbolism of traditional cleansing—without smoke—making it accessible for studios\, offices\, and shared environments. \nYou will learn what smudge sprays are\, how they are used\, and how to make them\, and then get to create your own smudge spray using your own personalized blend of essential oils. DESCRIPTION:Do you want to create foods rich in probiotics and flavor in your kitchen? Come to this class taught by Kendra Kurihara and learn the basics of fermentation\, from sauerkraut to kimchi and beyond. You will get to sample some fermented vegetables\, learn how to make your own\, and take some of your creations home. All ingredients will be provided. \nFree and open to the public\, but class is limited to 25 participants on a first-come\, first-served basis.
